Site downtime

You may have noticed that our website has been down over the past few days, This is due to a repeated DDOS attack on our server that caused our website to be unresponsive, We are currently making some changes to our website and server confguration to ensure that this does not present an issue in the future.

We have been made aware that we are not the only website effected in our industry and believe that a competing website is behind the attacks.

We have also taken this opportunity to revise our current product range, we will be adding a few extra special new products when we relaunch in the next few days. We hope to be live again by 9am Monday 24th October.

This issue should not effect anybody who has already placed their order, Please be aware that customer support are overwhelmed at the moment due to customers worried about the site being down, If you contact us we will get back to you but please be patient, we aim to answer all emails within 48 hours .

You may have noticed quite a lot of changes to our website and product range over the past few months...

The payment service providers that enable us to process online payments have effectively started squeezing the industry with respect to what products can and can't be sold online.

So much so that we have had to stop trading as a head shop, we are now a research store. We are dedicated to the development of products of the future and have a totally new UK compliant range.

We are no longer able to sell any items of smoking paraphernalia online, although they will remain on sale at our Manchester retail outlet; HedTonik (See HedtoniK.com for directions).

We are also unable to sell social tonics or any products intended for human consumption, we do however have a great range of high quality research products..... including; capsules, pills, incenses and powders.

Customers browsing the site in the past month may have also noticed our website go through a few aesthetic changes, To coincide with our new product range we also decided to launch a redesigned website and make a few improvements such as our new multi buy system, this means that all our customers (not just our wholesalers) can access our amazing bulk pricing.
